Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Acorn Bags. We take great pride in our craftsmanship. Because our items are often handcrafted or produced in limited runs, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure the quality and sustainability of our shop.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns and refunds are not guaranteed for "change of mind" or "buyer’s remorse." To be eligible for a return, your request must meet one of the following valid reasons:

Damaged on Arrival: The product arrived with physical damage or defects.

Incorrect Item: You received a different product, color, or size than what was ordered.

Manufacturing Defect: The product has a functional flaw that hinders its intended use.
2. Return Conditions
To complete your return, the following conditions must be met:

The request must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging.

You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
3. The Return Process

Submit a Request: Email us at hankcrafts@gmail.com with your order number and the "Valid Reason" for your return.

Provide Evidence: You must attach clear photos or videos of the damage or the incorrect item received.

Review: Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days.

Authorization: If approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the shipping address for the return. Do not send items back without prior authorization.
4. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item), Acorn Bags will cover the return shipping costs or provide a prepaid label.

In specific cases where a return is granted for other reasons, the customer may be responsible for paying their own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hankcrafts@gmail.com.
7. Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged.
