Thank you for choosing Acorn Bags! We strive to get our products into your hands as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process and timelines.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Note: Processing time is separate from shipping time. We take this time to carefully inspect and pack your items to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
2. Shipping Rates and Estimates
We aim to provide reliable shipping at a consistent pace. Our current shipping timeline is as follows:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 15 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hankcrafts@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
4. Shipping Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. Once an order has entered the processing phase (1–2 days), we may not be able to update the delivery address. Acorn Bags is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
5. Damages and Issues
If your item arrives damaged (as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy), please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Contact us immediately at hankcrafts@gmail.com with photos of the packaging and the product.
6. International Shipping (If Applicable)
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Acorn Bags is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are the responsibility of the customer.
